Configuration Issue
The most common portal issue reported by users is the "configuration issue" error message:
This means that the information in your My汤头条app Login Account does not match information in the My汤头条app Portal. There are several possible reasons for this:
- You are a new student who has just applied.听 It can take up to 15 minutes for your My汤头条app portal account to be created.听 Resolution: wait 15 minutes and try again to access the portal.
听 - You are a returning student or alumni: If you've been away from 汤头条app for over 1 year, it is likely that you do not have an active portal account.听 We do offer a range of self-service options outside the My汤头条app portal including transcript services which can be found by clicking the .
If you are looking for course registration, you will first need to reapply: 听|听听|听
听 - You are an employee.听 Your portal account has outdated or incorrect information. Resolution: send a detailed message, including your employee ID, to the webmaster@vcccd.edu
If you are having a problem with your username or password/password reset, students should contact the welcome center at their campus ( | | ) for assistance.听 Employees should contact the DAC I.T. Helpdesk.
